( JUNIOR (U11, U13, U15) AND ADULT (15+)).

We are looking for players for our 11-13, 13-15, and adults (15+) squads in particular. With the aim of entering competitive junior and adult teams in competitions across Scotland and possibly beyond.


But why should you play?


Dodgeball offers several health benefits that make it a fun and engaging sport to try out! Here are ten reasons why someone might want to play dodgeball:


  1. Cardiovascular Workout: The short bursts of sprinting during a dodgeball game improve cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure, improving circulation, and burning calories.

  2. Agility and Balance: Dodging balls requires rapid adjustments, enhancing agility and balance

  3. Strength Training: Throwing large balls across the court builds muscle endurance in the shoulders, back, abs, and arms.

  4. Hand-Eye Coordination: Both dodgers and throwers need good hand-eye coordination to succeed.
