Dodgeball is an exhilarating team sport that has gained popularity across the UK, Europe and beyond!
It involves two teams trying to eliminate players from the opposing team by throwing balls at them while dodging incoming throws. A catch also eliminates an opponent and gets one of your out teammates back in!
The game emphasizes agility, strategy, and teamwork, making it a fun and engaging activity for players of all ages. Dodgeball in the UK is governed by British Dodgeball and uses 5-ball cloth dodgeball rules.
Teams can be up to 10* players: 6 on court at one time with 2 ball retrievers and 2 Substitutes.
Dodgeball can be played recreationally, nationally, and even internationally.
